Abstract:The MAG6000 Network PA System has been successfully deployed at the Macao Government Services Centre, empowering smart government development.


In a landmark project supporting the advancement of smart government services in Macao, a comprehensive IP network public address solution has been successfully delivered to the Macao Government Services Centre.


Project Overview

The Macao Government Services Centre in Avenida de Venceslau de Morais is equipped with 57 service counters, providing over 300 services from 24 public departments.



In addition, the Centre features a 24-hour government self-service centre offering over 60 services from various departments, providing residents across Macao with round-the-clock, one-stop government access. 



With multiple functional areas, including service halls, corridors, and self-service zones, the centre places strict requirements on zoned broadcasting management, emergency linkage, and speech clarity.



Project Highlight


Designed specifically for the centre, DSPPA deployed a fully IP Network Public Address System solution, featuring the MAG6182II system host, multi-power IP network amplifiers, high-quality DSP3154EN speakers, and flexible IP paging devices, achieving comprehensive coverage and precise system control.

The MAG6182II IP Network PA System, at the heart of the centre’s broadcast solution, leverages advanced network audio technology and intelligent remote management to deliver stable and efficient audio throughout the facility. 


It ensures clear announcements across service halls, corridors, and self-service areas, supporting both daily operations and emergency communication with ease and reliability.



MAG6585 Compact IP PA Paging Microphone


The MAG6585 features a sleek aluminum alloy design, a 4.3" touchscreen, and intelligent off-mic detection for high-performance full-duplex communication. Staff can send broadcast notifications from the control room or any on-site location, while the system’s graphical interface allows real-time monitoring and easy maintenance.



DSP3154EN 10W Fireproof Ceiling Speaker


The DSP3154EN is a 10W fireproof ceiling speaker with aluminum mesh, delivering clear and sonorous sound for public broadcasts and background music, while its sleek design blends seamlessly into service halls, corridors, and self-service zones.



Product List


Amplifiers of 60W, 120W, and 650W were selected according to the size and function of each area, combined with an appropriate number of speakers to achieve even sound coverage throughout service halls, corridors, and self-service zones.



System Connection


The system features a built-in 32-channel fire emergency interface module, allowing direct connection to fire alarm signals. In an emergency, it automatically switches to priority broadcast mode to deliver evacuation instructions, ensuring safe and orderly evacuation and meeting the safety standards for large public buildings.



With the DSPPA system seamlessly integrated, the centre delivers efficient, safe, and high-quality audio services, supporting smart government operations and a convenient experience for all residents.
